That WRX Mark Higgings drove made 17:35 at Snaefell. It makes me wonder how much less time a derestricted Subaru BRZ GT300 can slash from it. A minute? 1:30? Two minutes? I mean, those Dunlops are bespoke and as good as GT3-spec, if not a little better.

The big issue will be the roughness of the course. A lot of circuit cars wouldn't handle the bumps and jumps very well without modification

What I’m really wondering is what would happen if Peugeot came with this and their own Sebastien Loeb.

This kinda-sorta puts a dent on my plan to attack the track with a fan-equipped capsule racer, but then, I have the phone numbers of that one manufacturer-team I know would spend dough for a car that special.

But have you seen how abusive the dips on some sections of the TT are? If it causes an STI to bottom out at 150mph while shooting sparks, who knows what will be left of the BRZ.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Although it would be interesting to see if the Toyota mother chassis (carbon tub) could stand the abuse; only issue is, it’s not a Subaru product.

The only thing I think could handle it better would be a top level rallycross car - 600hp, plenty of suspension travel, crazy drivers
